Fresh fruit snack

In honor of today being a “snacky type day,” I decided to cut up some kiwi and add a little tangerine and three strawberries.  I wanted some protein while I continued to clean so I add 1/4 cup no fat cottage cheese.

It was delicious for two points!  I decided to eat another 1/4 cup of cottage cheese since it was one point for 1/4 and 1 point for 1/2 cup!

    That looks so yummy! I’ve become totally obsessed with cottage cheese lately. I really think I could eat it all day.

    For the past few weeks I’ve been eating cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast. Its super satisfying and keeps me full for hours.
